Performing Arts

Performing Arts Club is a structured activity that promotes student collaboration and social skills through singing, dancing, public speaking, acting, and other physical activities.

Members of the club demonstrate their skills during school performance presentations such as winter holiday, diversity day, month of the military child and other school or community performances.  Our performances are dependent on our ability to collaborate and work as a team. Tem member actions and behaviors affect how well we are prepared for performances. Team work is very important for success!

Primary students (grades K-2) only attend practice on Monday. Intermediate students (grades 3-6) attend practice on Monday and Wednesday!  Monday practices (mainly) focus on the primary activities; Wednesday will focus on the intermediate dances and routines.  Intermediate students will assist with the younger students (as dance partners and coaches) and/or work independently on the intermediate routines as directed on Monday.
